Critical Alerts - Faster Interventions

Virtual Patrol distinguishes between critical alerts that demand immediate intervention—such as fire, assault, or self-harm—and non-critical alerts, like tattooing or smoking, that can be monitored and addressed later. Alert categories are fully configurable to match your facility’s policies, SOPs, and custody levels, with customizable “alert packs” (self-harm, assault, contraband, fire/smoke hazards, misconduct) ensuring staff focus on the most urgent risks first.
